Abstract

|
This study analyzed the experiences of resilience of the elderly women with disabilities in day care center on the perspective of the ground theory and approach. To conduct this study, the researcher took in-depth interviews with 12 eldery women with disabilities. The result of analysis, the concepts were categorized into 16 primary categories and 47 sub-categories. The core categories of resilience of the elderly woman with disabilities were specified “Harmony with the loss despite their pain”. The 4 stage processes of experiences of resilience show in this process, the types of resilience of the elderly with disabilities divided into ‘to be alone’, ‘to be discord’, ‘to be accept’, ‘to be adjustment’.
